WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our preferred method of payment is check. We accept credit cards; however, we charge a 3% convenience fee.

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?

Yes. Give us a call at 800-614-8130 to order a sample throw or sample tapestry.

ARE THERE LOW RUN FEES?

Yes, for any orders less than 100 quantity.

WILL THE THROW SHRINK IN THE DRYER?

Any 100% cotton products have the ability to shrink if not properly dried. We always recommend drying on a lower heat to retain maximum size.

WILL THE COLORS BLEED?

Our yarn is dyed and washed thoroughly to ensure an absolute minimum chance of bleeding. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be any bleeding. Washing red towels (or red anything, for that matter) with your whites is not recommended.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

This depends on a number of factors: the season and how busy our looms are. It also does not include time in transit. Typically, you can expect about the following during the year:

October – January: 3 to 4 weeks
February – March: 4 to 5 weeks
April – September: 4 to 6 weeks

WHAT IS A 10% OVER/UNDER POLICY?

When producing a 100% completely custom product like our throws and tapestries, it’s not possible to guarantee an exact quantity. There are a number of stages when a throw can become defective. We always place enough fiber on our looms to cover any unexpected defective products. This will leave us with either a few more or a few less than the actual order quantity. We are typically within a range of 3-5%, however our acceptable tolerance is 10%. Example: If you order 100 throws, you may receive as few as 90 or as many as 110. However, if you order personalized throws, we guarantee all will be created. We’re happy to explain it further if you have additional questions.

CAN I USE MY OWN LABELS?

Yes. There is a minimal additional fee.

DO YOU OFFER EMBROIDERY OR PRINTING SERVICES?

No, we do not.

I NEED DESIGN HELP, IS THERE A FEE?

No. We’d be happy to put together some custom throw or tapestry proofs for you. Even if you don’t have a logo or artwork, that’s ok! Our first hour of design time is absolutely free.

HOW DOES PERSONALIZATION WORK?

Our personalized throws and personalized tapestries don’t have a minimum on the number of personalization. You can get one personalized or your entire order. The  Personalization can be anywhere on the custom throw or custom tapestry as long as there is adequate room for the names. It just needs to run vertically or horizontally, not at an angle. Personalization is woven directly into the fabric like the rest of the design. Maximum number of characters is approximately 27-30, including spaces.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

It depends on your quantity and your location.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?

Absolutely. Although international shipping is more expensive, we’re happy to work with you to find an acceptable shipping solution.
