Custom Woven Throw Blankets is your ideal source for custom logo throw blankets and throw tapestries. We will weave your logo or custom graphics directly into the blanket’s fabric — creating a luxurious, soft, long-lasting promotional product for you or your customers to enjoy. Custom Woven Throw Blankets is very proud to bring you the latest Jacquard terry weaving technology, which creates the highest quality woven logo products imaginable. A deposit for the full (estimated) amount of your order is due prior to production starting on your order. Payment may be made with a credit card or by check — checks are our preferred payment method. Upon shipping of of your order, a final invoice will be sent that reflects the exact quantity of towels shipped (see our 10% over / under policy below), and actual shipping charges. Based upon that invoice, there may be an outstanding balance, or a refund due to you. A final settling will take place upon issuing this final invoice.

All payments made with credit card will incur a 3% service fee.
Once you approve the electronic proof of your job (a PDF will be emailed to you) your order is considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written consent of one of our customer service representatives.

10% OVER / UNDER POLICY
Because of the complexity and cost of manufacturing custom woven products, orders are subject to an industry standard 10% over / under policy. Orders delivered within this over / under tolerance will be considered fulfilled and billed as such. For example, if you order 100 towels, you may receive as few as 90, and as many as 110, finished towels. If you receive 90 towels, you will be billed for 90 towels. If you receive 110 towels, you will be billed for 110 towels.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We are happy to prepay the freight on your shipping and add all shipping charges to your final invoice. If desired, we can also use your UPS of FedEx account number. Custom Woven Towels is not responsible for any freight carrier delays, losses or damages to product that occurs during shipment — these issues are to be taken up with the freight carrier used.
All electronic files and physical materials created by our graphic designers, production artists and factory to produce your job remain the property of Custom Woven Towels.
