SEND US YOUR LOGO OR TAPESTRY DESIGN
Email a vector file of your logo to info@customwoventhrowblankets.com and also sizing. If you don’t have a vector file of your logo, please email the highest resolution file you have access to. Please see our Art Requirements page for any questions you may have.

WE’LL SEND YOU A PROOF OF YOUR TAPESTRY
Once we receive your artwork and you’ve placed your order, we’ll prepare the files to be sent to our factory and send you a PDF proof for your review and approval.

APPROVE YOUR PROOF
Send an email to your customer service representative expressing your approval of the electronic proof you received and instructing the project to be sent to the factory for final production. All type and words should be proofed to make sure there are no misspellings or errors. Custom Woven Tapestries is not responsible for any typographic or graphical errors.

WE’LL MAKE AND SHIP YOUR TAPESTRIES
Once the factory completes your order it will be packed and shipped to you for delivery. Shipments typically go out about 4 weeks after receiving your approval on your electronic proof, depending on season.
